Nous voila en 2e ronde, très peu de gens logique aurait pu nous prédire une telle destination cette saison après avoir vécu une saison de misère, Groulx nous surprends aussi souvent qu'il nous déçoit....je vais rendre à "Jehovah" ce qui mérite d'être remis à "Jehovah"....that one was for you Stooy ;--)
Avant de me lancer sur mes prédictions des prochaines séries, j'aimerais remettre quelques pendulle a l'heure....j'ai lu assez de niaiseries dans les journaux et forum virtuel récemment que j'ai comme pas le choix de vous faire part de mon 5 cennes ici!!!....As usual, this won't be positive feedback...it will be H4L type comments....so for those of you who can't seem to grasp reality or for those of you who are afraid of logic....skip to the next chapter!!!
Je suis tanner d'entendre les gens dire que l'ambiance à Guertin est folle en ce moment....Nous avons eue 3 foule en bas de 300, donc deux de 2200....for christ sakes I understand qu'il y avait plus de bruit qu'en saison...mais pour les séries...c'est pitoyable et décevant!!!
En passant c'est qui l'imbécile a LHJMQ qui a décidé de faire des matchs le dimanche de Paques a 16h...olé shit, faite la god dam game a 19h au moins!!!
Après la victoire de nos boys en 6 matchs contre l'Océanic je conclus que le club d'hockey les Olympiques était prêt pour les séries...maintenant...aucune remise à la porte de foulard blanc ou forme d'entertainment pour les fans...comment ce fait-il que l'organisation n'était pas prête pour les séries? Ou pourquoi ont-ils décidé de ne pas nous gater un peu après la saison de misère que nous venions de vivre??? J'ai vu des gens qui ont reçu des "Keychains" de Heinekein....Keychains de bière...hockey junior...série...je vois pas le lien ou le but!!!
Music is not helping in any way shape or form to attract people to the games. Le choix de musique n'est aucunement représentatif de la situation sur la patinoire. C'est du hockey junior for christ sakes pas un "fist pumping party"...il y a peu prêt 10 étudiants aux games...pourquoi devons-nous entendre de la musique de jeune 80% du temps??? And yeah Stooy, it's too loud...i'll say it again we should have more organ type beats...this way we can talk to the person sitting next to us during the breaks of play instead of during the game.
Hully is throwing T-Shirt during a penalty kill in game #6...here's my 2 cents on that...you're fired on the spot and shaved in the middle of the ice while fans throw eggs at you!!!
OK i'm done with the crapola boulevard part of this blog....on with round 2.
I'll keep our series for last...you know what they say...always keep the best for last or leave first at diner....or something like that ;--P
Victo vs Baie-Comeau
J'avais prédit que Victo allait donner du fil a retorde a Moncton, il ont fait plus que cela...ils ont totalement décousu Moncton, l'emportant en 5 matchs, donc un "barn burner" de 6-5 Prol en revenant de l'arrière de 4 buts en 3e période!!! De l'autre coté, comme prévu, le Drakkar n'a fait qu'une bouchée de la ville étudiante Québécoise (Sherbrooke). C'est un "rematch" de l'an passé avec les clubs jouant le role inverse dans la catégorie favoris et négliger.
Baie-Comeau en 6...dans une série longue avec quelques prolongations.
VDO vs Blainville
J'adore le match-up, Olivier Mantha sera surement regarder de très prêt par le recruteur de la région de MTL lorsque la série sera à Blainville. Je crois que L'Armada compose non seulement avec la meilleur formation entre les deux clubs, mais je crois aussi qu'ils sont beaucoup plus reposer que les Foreurs qui ont d'après moi laisser beaucoup d'énergie dans leur série contre le Rocket (l'ancien club de la région de Montréal)...
Blainville en 5....J'adore leur système et JF Houle always runs a great bench
Québec vs Rouyn
Encore un autre match-up intéressant, les deux clubs peuvent surprendre par moment et par d'autre peuvent jouer le pire des hockey. Il y a du talent dans la série...Grigo, Erne, Duclair, Sorensen, Kucherov, Andrighetto, Dea, Desjardins....you name it, this series as it. S'il y a quelques chose que les Huskies n'ont pas...c'est un vrai gardien de premier plan. Brassard pourrait faire la différence...mais de l'autre coté...j'aime bien le match-up Tourigny/Roy...et le petite ville/grosse ville duel.

Hull Vs Halifax
Well here we go...comment ne peut-ont pas favoriser le Moose dans cette série. Voici une idée...si Groulx ce trouve une façon de faire comprendre a ses ouailles l'importance d'une telle série et qu'Etienne Boutet devienne un Tyler Reid (2002-03) le Moose pourrait en avoir pour leur argent. Dans le meilleur des mondes nous pourriont avoir l'air du club de 2010 en finale contre les Dogs. Ont pourrait voler une game ou deux...mais pas plus...toute en ce fesant dominer dans la majeure partie des facettes de la game.
Je vais dire la même chose que j'ai dis contre l'Océanic, si nous pouvons rester dans le match #1 de la série...nous avons une chance de gagner game #2 et à partir de l'a...let Guertin be Guertin...and for real this time. Le Moose de Drouin et Mckinnon devrait attirer les foules et les recruteurs...donc une ambiance explosive est a prévoir!!!
Saviez-vous que leur 7e compteur a plus de points en saison qu'Emile Poirier, notre premier?!?!!? Les stats du Moose sont plus que ridicule, la dernière chose a faire c'est de regarder cela pour s'inspirer...car leur numéro sont démotivant a constater si vous êtes Hullois.
Groulx devra jouer du "in your face hockey", ralentir le jeu, controler les lancer du Moose, trapper, éviter a tout prix les punitions, brasser un peu, Steeve devra être a son meilleur et dame chance devra nous sourire....si tout cela va de notre coté....nous aurons droit à une série comme dans l'temps!!!

Je vous laisse sur une mini histoire...durant la partie #6 dimanche passé, une madame dans la quarantaine a foncer dans le fantome derrière le but de l'Océanic en première période, j'imagine quelle n'était pas concentrer et quelle ne l'a simplement pas vue. Anyways, le monsieur derrière moi (un ami de la famille) a cru bon de me dire ceci:
"Elle doit venir de Rimouski la madame"...
Ma réplique...en parlant du fantome.
"Hahaha...très possible car c'est juste nous autres (fans des Piques) qui peuvent le voir"!!!

Of course I agree with you concerning the music, but I would also add what I have said before. Loud music takes the crowd, the seventh player, OUT of the game. In the old days we would get on the referees and intimidate them, we would get on the other team and intimidate them, we would go nuts for our boys and really give them a boost!! In short, in the old days before all of the dumb music, the crowd affected the game, the crowd was IN the game. But not any more. It sucks. For sure a little timely organ music here and there, but that is it. NONE of this non-stop bombardment that takes us out of the game.
RépondreSupprimerI am looking forward to watching a great hockey team play at least two, and hopefully three games. I expect our boys to keep up the level of play they showed against Rimouski, but they are not playing Rimouski now.
In fact, here is a question: Why do you think they play the loud music? Do you think that they think it brings in more people to the games? Do you think that they do not realize that it takes the crowd OUT of the game? Further, it seems to me that even from the point of view of the players, it must be more difficult to concentrate and play your best hockey, difficult to hear your coach, difficult to talk to each other, and so on. So I think that the actual quality of play must be reduced by the stupid music. I wonder if it is deliberate as a crowd control mechanism? Certainly there are far fewer fights in the stands, far fewer altercations between opposing players and fans, far fewer times when the fans are so upset with the referees that they litter the ice with junk (like Groulx does).

Let's be the first arena where music is NOT played at EVERY time out.

Ok to play on icing (takes some time), goals, fights, etc .... but why must there be music at every stoppage of play?
Is there something in the rule book about this?
Does it bring anything to the game or "ambiance"?

By the way people when this series is over against the Moose, don't come telling me that we did great if we got blasted in 4 games or something to that effect...that's not old time Hull Olympiques hockey...old time Hull Olympiques Hockey we run the Moose until they're very last breath...or ours....
Groulx better adjust himself after loosing 7-0 last night...and hopefully he won't send Brassard in nets for the game start...that would not surprise me and yes kids...it would be his first Groulx-rie of the playoffs!!!!
If Steeves is in nets...I got a feeling for tonight...
Avoid the dam penalty box...and score a few goals on the power-play...here's another thing that still wrong...sometimes I think that it's Alain Sears who runs the power-play...it would make sense...since nothing his working on it!!!
Hopefully this blog will make the DJ write a few comments here...maybe we can have his moronic opinion on this subject...I recall a few posts from him on the mou-mou non official forum, if he hasn't changed we're in for a treat...kidddergarden style!!!
There's a big difference between hearing someone out and listening...the Olympiques organization hasn't listened to anyone in years!!!
I agree about the fucking T-shirts being thrown. And I guarantee you that if one of them hits me in the face when I am not looking Hully will get his ass kicked, then Sear will be the next target. Throwing things into the crowd is completely idiotic, dangerous and irresponsible.
