Ummmmm.....difficile pour moi de ne pas rire dans ma barbe quand je lis les blogues de JFP c'est temps-ci. Encore plus difficile de ne pas rire si je poursuis en lisant M_Lahaie7 (qui n'est toujours pas capable de calculer l'age junior d'un joueur) ou les réplique de Dommé Desrosiers qui dit sensiblement ce que je disais 3 ou 4 ans passé....bizarrement lorsque moi je le disais je passais pour un fou....lui par exemple...tout va!!!
C'est quoi la crise ce matin?!?! C'est pas une crise ou un vent de frustration....c'est exactement l'inverse....et je m'explique!!
Soumakis
Commençons par la situation du Marteau Grec, il y a deux ans passé les Olympiques ont choisi via le 2e tour de la séance de sélection, Alex Soumakis....un joueur de 5'5. Au moment du repêchage les Piques était considéré par les partisans allumé d'esprit comme étant une petite formation...donc naturellement Soumakis était le bienvenu.
Mes commentaires la journée de ce repéchage vous dites?!?!!?
C'est très simple a comprendre....et a répéter aussi....
"Il faut être assez stupide pour repêcher un joueur de 5'5 en 2e ronde"!!! (Clapperton était toujours disponible en passant et plusieurs autres)
Depuis son arrivé a Hull...Soumakis ne fait qu'une chose correctement...ce blessé!!! Vous êtes impressionner par ses 20 buts de l'an passé en 48 matchs...Good for you, car je le suis aucunement....pour quelle raison...?!?!?
C'est simple la majeure partie de ses buts ont été compter en début de saison, moment ou tout les clubs jouent leur pire hockey....souvenez-vous bien que Soumakis je jouait pratiquement pas en fin de saison (blessé) et s'il jouait il servait a rien!!!
J'ai aussi dit que c'était une horrible idée de lui faire perdre 25 livres durant l'été, du muscle sur sa charpente aurait été beaucoup plus bénifique.
Après les rumeurs de cirrose du foie, les blessures au dos, au genou, au mental (cause Groulx-ienne) et etc il ne restait plus qu'une chose a faire pour que Soumakis vivre pleinement son expérience Groulx-Olympienne et cette chose est: "Bash him in the papers, to make him worth nothing"!!!
C'est le même manège a chaque fois...on n'aime pas ou plus un joueur...il ce blesse trop souvent, il joue pas lorsqu'habiller, ensuite on le "bash" et ont le "trade".....brillant nous sommes je dis!!!
Lafontaine
Celle-ci est encore plus drole....car elle fait un virage a 180 degré pour nous frapper dans la face environ 10 fois.
Nous avons repêcher Lafontaine en 2e ronde lorsque nous avons donner Denis Kindl au Junior de Montréal, au moment de cet échange nous nous sommes retrouver avec seulement un joueur Euro.
Comme Groulx a l'habitude de faire des "moves" imprévu ou a la dernière secondes (j'ai bien dit secondes et non minutes), nous nous devions de nous trouver un autre joueur Euro pour l'année suivante....qui fut cet Euro....Igor Levitsky!!!! Who???? Exactly!!!!
Ont poursuit....Lafontaine fou pas grand chose pendant 2 saisons, ont le trouve perdu et a la recherche de ses moyens. Les fans moins aguerris de connaissance d'hockey (blues_41 et les autres mook-mook du forum non-officiel) n'y comprenne pas grand chose a ce qui ce passe avec lui (Lafontaine). Les fans aguerris suppose la même hypothèse que par le passé...Benoit Groulx (idolisé par le fan typique gatinois) serait la cause de ses problèmes!!!
Résultat, Lafontaine part pour l'est Maritimien et les Piques recoivent un 160e gardiens (chiffre fictif qui démontre notre incompétance au niveau des échanges) pour ses services.
Vous connaissez la suite....Lafontaine a non seulement un départ de saison canon mais il est maintenant .........LE CAPITAINE DU TITAN!!!!
WOW, il passe de joueur oublié a Hull a capitaine a Bathurst!!!
Pendant ce temps la, nous avons toujours pas de gardien but car Steeves que nous avons eu en retour de Lafontaine est blessé jusqu'a la nouvelle ordre....OU LA NOUVELLE ANNEE....et les fans ce plaignent du fait que nous avons pas de "leader" a l'intérieur de notre équipe!!!
Quand je vous disait et vous dit que nous sommes en déconstruction en voici deux supers bons exemple!!!
Sherbrooke qui nous fait la vie dur en plus hier soir....!!!
C'était la journée gilet rose (cancer du sein)....quelqu'un a vue si Blues_41 portait ses lunettes roses!?!?!

Hull4Life, it is hard to disagree. But, both you and me are very good at complaining, how about some solutions??

It seems to me that some heads have got to roll to get us past this country club atmosphere.
I am not sure trades at Christmas will work, since no one will want our garbage.
This club is in a terrible state, so what can be done?

His ways don't work anymore....for every player that seams to benefit from Groulx...9 others leave like Ralph Lafontaine did....how is this good on the long run!!!
Without Max Talbot and Claude Giroux....Groulx is barely above average...people always blasted me with the fact that he had 3 championships in 7 years....funny how I don't hear anyone say he has 3 in 10 years now days?!?!?!!
Groulx the GM is so bad that he's making Groulx the coach look horrible!!! That's saying a lot!!!
To answer your question if grouxl stays Stooy...which he will....get me a FU*^%$ goalie ASAP!!! That's your answer!!!
I continue to be more and more convinced that you have been right all along about Groulx the GM. It is probably time for management to relieve him of the GM duties. I have not given up on him as coach yet. But, if Groulx is told that he is no longer the GM, just the coach, and he says NO, then I would seriously consider dumping him completely. There is still some time left to salvage this season, we will see if he makes any moves at Christmas, and how the rest of the season goes. But if we get much more of this garbage then it is Groulx's head who should probably roll for sure.

RépondreSupprimerGroulx has a long term contract... don't even mention him getting fired. It's a very weak argument and makes no sense.
His salary is for both positions... it will stay that way until at least a couple years before the end of the contract.
I agree with Leblanc that's why i mentionned that I would not be fired ever. It would be fun tosee him just being a coach though...maybe something could be re-organizes within his contract.
RépondreSupprimerI believe that Groulx can coach a team and do that very well...but I also believe that being both coach and GM is simply to much for him!
I have not said I think Groulx should be fired, in fact it is Hull4Life who said it. I said I agree that he does not seem to be a good GM, and that it might be time to remove him from this position. I said I still think he is a great coach, and there is no way I would fire him as coach, unless maybe he refused to give up the GM duties which he is no good at.
RépondreSupprimerNow, as far as a goaltender, for sure we need a better one. BUT, even with the greatest goaltender in history, we would still suck because we do not work hard, our power play is a joke, we have a country club, and we just plain do not have enough talent on the team to be a serious contender, even if everything else was fine. So, if you want to say our goaltending is the worst problem, fine, go ahead. Maybe it is. But we have a bunch of problems, and ALL of them need to be fixed before we become a serious team.
Attendance keeps getting worse. They can try some gimmicks like all of these jersey retirements, but in the end they need to put a better team on the ice. Not necessarily a team that wins all the time, but at least a team that gives an honest effort all of the time. How low can attendance numbers drop? And at what point would the franchise be in trouble? Or is it already?

RépondreSupprimerIf attendance is up then I am sure Sear is very happy, things are great and we have nothing to worry about. :) Maybe on average, due to the fact that Quebec have been in, and the Maxime Talbot night, the total is up. But will this last? I doubt it. We had a game under 1900 fans!! Just two years ago this was impossible since we had more than 1900 seasons' ticket holders who always count whether they showed up or not. I love games with a big attendance, they are much more fun and energetic experiences. The games are just not as good when a third or more of the seats are empty. We all love our boys, but to say that there are not serious problems with the organization would be an act of self-delusion.
